Think Drinks add new flavour to business

Think Drinks are ‘not your average soft drinks producer’. An established business since 2005, the real thinking behind the company came when they realised most soft drinks suppliers have a minimal range of flavours and poor customer service levels. Believing that there must be more to it than that, Tom Collins, Joe Collins and Mike Vowles decided to inject some passion into the market sector and Think Drinks was launched. Using natural ingredients inspired by the seasons, the company are dedicated to producing original flavour combinations across a range of cordials, post-mix and syrups.

Previously fulfilling orders from their own warehouse, B2B sales began to grow as recognition of the brand’s products grew substantially. With this growth, Think Drinks decided it was time to outsource to a fulfilment provider who carried the same attention to detail as they did. It was crucial for the company to feel at ease that their fragile items, such as glass bottles of cordials and syrups, would be packaged and delivered with care. At fulfilmentcrowd, all glass items are delivered through trusted carriers with proven experience handling such items. Also experienced in ambient food and drink fulfilment, our Quality Management System and advanced processes enable us to meet demanding standards including stock rotation, lot control and compliant disposal. Finding a distinct point of difference in the way we provide for online retailers, Think Drinks soon realised that fulfilmentcrowd was right for them.

Since going live in our Wigan-based Martland Park fulfilment centre, the company have been satisfied with the level of support our unique software can provide for their ever-increasing number of placed orders. Meanwhile, our modern facilities and trained workforce ensure a speedy, safe dispatch and high customer satisfaction rates.
