Our fulfilment experts are responsible for the smooth onboarding of the 70% of our client base that opt for our rounded package of fulfilment services. Each client consigns the entirety of their products to be managed within our four fulfilment centres spanning the North of England.

Our clients are billed on a monthly pay-as-you-go basis, setting up a direct debit mandate through our Finance department. With this completed, our fulfilment experts follow a set system to create the perfect onboarding experience.
Our fulfilment experts act as the middle man between our new clients and hard-working warehouse staff, calibrating new stock with our fulfilment requirements. Our clients are sent an onboarding questionnaire, requesting the details of any oversized and hazardous products in their inventory, as well as any expiry dates, should they be using our ambient food fulfilment service. With this knowledge, our fulfilment experts can ensure that our client’s stock adheres to our warehouse standards, and finalise an estimated date to receive it. At our client's request, we can also physically transport their stock to our warehouses.
fulfilmentcrowd offer bespoke packaging services to our clients, from our cost-friendly packaging to luxury gift wrapping. Once our fulfilment experts receive our client’s logo, their brand is represented on every packing note and dispatch e-mail sent to their customers through our system. As well as this, our fulfilment experts integrate our client’s current eCommerce platform with our software. Offering the amenity of our in-house customer service team to handle the customer queries of our clients is an additional, unique fulfilment service that we are proud to provide.
With all this information, the set-up process for our fulfilment experts is nearly done. One week before going live, our fulfilment experts undergo training sessions with our new clients, explaining how our fulfilment centre and software works alongside their business to ensure sustainable growth. Once up and running, our dedicated fulfilment experts remain the first point of contact for any future queries, be that technical assistance or practical support.
