Finding the right fit: OOSC Clothing’s journey to simpler global fulfillment

Written by Katie Shepherd | Apr 20, 2026 8:00:00 AM

Known for its bold, sustainable skiwear, OOSC Clothing ships to customers in over 100 countries every year.

This kind of global presence doesn’t happen by accident. It’s a combination of great products, a clear brand and the right operational setup behind-the-scenes.

But the last part hadn’t always been easy.

The search for the right partner

Before working with fulfilmentcrowd, OOSC had already been through multiple fulfillment providers.

Some lacked flexibility, while others struggled to support their mix of channels without creating more work than they saved.

During a deeper search to find the right fit, OOSC reviewed over 25 different fulfillment providers.

What they were looking for included:

  • A system that could handle DTC, B2B and Amazon Vendor in one place
  • Clearer visibility across stock and orders
  • Less time spent on processes such as data retrieval
  • A long-term partner they could rely on as they grow

Ticking all these boxes with one provider proved difficult, until they partnered with fulfilmentcrowd in September 2025.

An operational reset: the start of our partnership

OOSC partnered with us in 2025 with the main ambition of simplifying their operations and building a foundation they could scale from.

From the start, our focus was removing the friction the brand had been accustomed to for too long.

By bringing channels together, automating key processes and giving the OOSC team improved visibility across stock and orders, we were able to provide a setup that made an instant impact on their day-to-day.

The outcome: A reliable fulfillment strategy to eliminate growth barriers

One of the biggest shifts for OOSC has been bringing everything into the fulfilmentcrowd platform.

Instead of jumping between multiple systems or experiencing drawn-out methods of retrieving important data, OOSC now has one reliable view of its entire operation.

That includes:

  • Stock across multiple fulfillment centers
  • Orders across DTC, B2B and Amazon Vendor
  • Data that’s much easier to access and interpret

After years of workarounds, this kind of centralization made an instant impact for OOSC’s team.

Built to support how OOSC actually sells

OOSC isn’t a single-channel brand.

Amazon Vendor, in particular, had been a time-heavy process. Since onboarding, we’ve automated many of OOSC’s Amazon Vendor processes – including document creation – reducing the manual effort needed from the OOSC team.

The brand sells direct to customers, through retail partners and via marketplaces, which all bring different requirements.

We introduced:

  • Custom dispatch note functionality for partners like ASOS and Decathlon
  • Marketplace-ready processes built into the fulfilment workflow
  • A more structured approach to handling different order types

So, instead of the business adapting to fulfillment, fulfillment adapts to the business.

Today, OOSC operates across 16 live sales channels, spanning the UK, EU and US—
each with its own expectations.

Thanks to our tech-first approach, everything is managed through a single platform, with workflows tailored to each channel’s requirements.

Here’s how OOSC’s channel mix looks in practice:

Region

Channels

UK

ASOS, Mountain Warehouse, Decathlon, Shopify (UK), Shopify (ROW), Amazon Vendor (B2B)

EU

ASOS EU, Decathlon (4x regional channels), Amazon Vendor (B2B), Shopify

US

Macy’s, Nordstrom, Shopify

This level of complexity is where most fulfillment operations may fall down, but thanks to the fulfilmentcrowd platform’s integration capabilities, OOSC are able to scale across channels and regions as and when they need.

A global operation, handled properly

Shipping to over 100 countries requires operational support at a high level.

It’s not just about getting orders out the door quickly. What’s just as important is stock localization, ensuring orders reach customers efficiently and at the lowest cost.

With fulfilmentcrowd, OOSC now operates across multiple regions, helping reduce delivery times and unnecessary long-distance shipping.

Positioning stock closer to customers doesn’t just have an impact on speed and costs—it also supports a more responsible approach to global distribution, aligning with OOSC’s sustainability focus.

Improving the post-delivery experience

With the nature of OOSC’s products, fulfillment needs to support beyond the order reaching the customer.

Returns are a big part of the process, and they need to be handled just as effectively as the rest of the workflow.

Over the past six months, we’ve introduced:

  • Returns processed within a 48-hour window
  • More detailed quality control for key products
  • Paperless returns through Delivery Assured

The results

In the first seven months of our partnership together, we’ve built a fulfillment operation that’s reliable and ready to scale.

  • 13,000+ orders fulfilled globally
  • 35,000+ items shipped
  • 98% SLA across worldwide operations
  • Increased capability (800% monthly order and 412% monthly item growth when comparing March 2026 with October 2025)

But what sits behind these numbers is just as important. Hear from Nick below.
