Goods are stored in individual barcoded picking locations from a range of sizes depending on the product. The maximum height we allow for pallets in bulk storage is the standard 1.2m.

No, unfortunately we currently don’t operate any bonded warehouses.

Once you have registered to the fulfilmentcrowd app and enter the onboarding process, you will be assisted through a series of automated prompts and manual support to help sync your channels easily and successfully.

Yes. Our integrations with all popular couriers gives you and your customers complete visibility on the status of dispatched orders. You can view this from the order tracking portal of the fulfilmentcrowd app, while your customers will receive dispatch confirmation emails with a live tracking link. Yes, all products require barcoding so we can seamlessly and accurately manage your products throughout the order fulfilment process. We recommend using the EAN-13 format. If you require more information please contact your manufacturer or fill in our contact form.

Yes we have two licensed centres for the distribution of alcohol from our centres in the UK and Germany. However, as a retailer, you are required to hold a personal license for the sale of alcohol.

Yes, we recall batch codes for organic/ambient products that are distributed from our fulfilment centres. However, we cannot recall batch codes for received stock.

Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of our racking and packing process, we only fulfil smaller sized items that are below 55lbs and don’t require two people to lift the product.

We partner with USPS, UPS and Ontrack, integrating with them via API to provide transparency and tracking throughout the shipping process. Within the UK, our integrated partners are Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes and TrakPak, while our German centres integrate with GLS. Yes, we can arrange whole pallets to be shipped internationally based on bespoke quotes. Please get in touch for more details.
