At fulfilmentcrowd, when we need more space, we don't just go out and build bigger fulfilment centres. This would be costly and have a negative impact on the environment, swallowing up green space, not to mention the energy consumed by construction.
We believe that there are literally hundreds of millions of square feet of underutilised space in existing fulfilment centres around the world and we seek to fill this space, making the very best of what is already there.
We have trusted partners around the world who offer under-utilised space and resources. Often these partners are retailers in their own right with decades of experience in the management of fulfilment centres and shipping of orders.
We fulfil and ship thousands of orders every day. What may seem like huge volumes to most online retailers is just another day at the office for fulfilmentcrowd.
We've been developing software to manage the collection, processing and shipping of orders for nearly 40 years and trusted to manage fulfilment services for some of the world's best-known online retail brands. Literally hundreds of e-commerce businesses have trusted us to deliver for their customers. You can too.
The fulfilmentcrowd business model is truly unique. Most fulfilment service providers would baulk at working with start-ups due to the space required for stock holding with little to no guarantee of order volumes. We are different.
By making use of previously under-utilised space and resources, fulfilmentcrowd enables early-stage online retailers to place their stock with us, even if initial orders volumes are really low. After all, the space wasn't being used anyway!
The model allows fulfilmentcrowd to operate profitably and on a viable basis, regardless of the number of orders being shipped. So dream big, focus on your business and trust our fulfilment centres to manage your goods with care and ship your orders on time, every time. Hundreds of other retailers already do.

Market expansion in Europe is expected to continue over the next few years, as indicated by the Statista Digital Market Outlook. It is predicted that the compound annual growth rate over the next four years will be 7.6%. Compared to the year-over-year growth of 14%, this decrease suggests a moderately flooded market. However, another key indicator is online penetration of 65% across Europe; in other words, 65% of the European population have bought at least one product online in 2021, which suggests headroom for growth, particularly in the smaller economies.
In general, European customers can be characterised as demanding; they expect the shopping experience to be without problems and have high expectations of product quality.
Online shoppers are in general conservative and risk averse; they value reliability and, for that reason, locating operations within the European Union, offering fast and free shipping with easy returns helps to build trust. Moreover, for the best results, your ecommerce store or product listings should be localised to each country which means flawless use of language, prices in EUR and compliance with the relevant legal requirements (such as the need for an ‘Impressum’ page in Germany).
The biggest player in the European eCommerce Market is Amazon, but there are plenty of strong, local contenders such as BOL.com in the Netherlands and CDiscount in France that offer diversity of revenue source and managed risk.
