Our software's Backorder Report is designed to help you easily identify the items which are out of stock but for which you have one or more sales order.

Once the criteria has been entered into the template, the next steps within the Back Order Reporting allows the user to review the report details on screen in a consolidated format, allowing the user to decide whether or not they need to produce a printed report. The screen shot below shows the first consolidation step where the software system displays a summary screen at product level. This gives the end user a quick reference as to the quantity and value of items that have yet to be fulfilled.
At this point in the process the user can choose to export this information to Excel by simply right clicking on the grid.

The final step of the process allows the end user to either finish without printing or by simply ticking the check box, the standard 3ex.net Back Order Report is produced on screen.
