Easily identify your most popular "Order By"method.
The software's Sales By Channel Report is designed to help you easily identify your most used methods of ordering such as web, mail or telephone. The method or ordering is captured as a category as the order is created within the 3ex.net Sales Workflow.
The report utilises our software's Transaction Reporting System.

Once the criteria has been entered into the template, the next steps within the Sales By Channel Reporting allows the user to review the report details on screen in a consolidated format, allowing the user to decide whether or not they need to produce a printed report. The screen shot below shows the consolidation step where our system displays a summary screen at Channel level. This gives the end user a quick reference as to the channel orders have been placed by and the values of those transactions within the period reported upon..
At this point in the process the user can choose to export this information to Excel by simply right clicking on the grid.
The final step of the process allows the end user to either finish without printing or by simply ticking the check box, the standard Sales By Channel Report is produced on screen.
The report displays in an category consolidated format with the facility to drill down into each category (channel) to reveal the linked transactions. Our software's standard net report displays:
As with all of our standard reports, the data displayed on screen can then subsequently be exported to csv, pdf or excel formal by simply clicking the save icon and choosing the preferred format.
