System log report

Keep up to date with your system changes and software versions.

Monitoring System Logs allow your company to keep track of what users are doing in our software's environment, alert management to changes and keeps a record of programming updates applied to the system.
As standard, the System Log report offers;

  • Drop down selection on Company: Select a single/multiple or all companies you have within the system by ticking the appropriate check boxes. (The standard system only allows one company)
  • Drop down selection on User: Select a single/multiple or all users you have within the system by ticking the appropriate check boxes
  • Drop down selection on Start Date selection: Choose a date to start your report from.
  • Drop down selection on Finish Date selection: Choose a date to end your report.
  • Drop down selection on Log Type: Select a single/multiple or all log types you have within the system by ticking the appropriate check boxes

System Log Report

The report includes standard data columns;

  • Date/Time
  • User Name
  • Log Type: Depending upon the criteria selected, activities such as version updates, workflow process failures/changes and account transaction process failures/changes will be displayed.
  • Log Messages: Detailed system messages regarding the log type are displayed here.  

As with all standard reports, the data displayed on screen can then subsequently be exported to csv, pdf or excel format by simply clicking the save icon and choosing the preferred format.

Should the standard layout not meet your requirements then a Change Request can be raised to create a bespoke layout for your company needs.
