Pricing Structure

Our pricing is largely broken down into three areas, as follows:

Subscription Fee

The subscription fee includes a technology pack that offers unlimited access to our app, ecommerce essentials and integration tools, including:

Unlimited user access
Unlimited website and marketplace connectors
Unlimited API / webhook support
Returns portal

The subscription fee is charged per week, per country from which you require services.

Service fees

Each physical activity undertaken in order to store, manage and dispatch your items is broken down within our tariff. For example, there's a charge for the process of receiving your items into our warehouse and a charge for the act of picking and packing your orders.

Carriage

Our carriage rates are detailed within our application and are largely based on the weight of your items and each order's destination.
