I have a custom built sales platform, can I still integrate with fulfilmentcrowd?

Yes, we create bespoke solutions. It's our secret sauce! The likes of Shopify and Magento aren't the only platforms we integrate with.

Can you support my brand in shipping stock to B2B and wholesale partners?

Absolutely! We have lots of experience in this and we already support a number of our clients in shipping inventory to wholesale partners.

Our open API allows for seamless integration with EDI and ERP systems and our engineers can factor this into setup during onboarding.

We manage the inbound flow to many leading B2B partners major retailers and 3rd party marketplaces such as Holland & Barrett, Zalando, Asos and many different football clubs.

I need to integrate with a bespoke ERP system, is this possible?

We have a unique capability, underpinned by a very skilled team of industry experts and engineers. We have an in-house team of 40+ software engineers who use sprint methodology to build custom solutions at pace for our portfolio of high-volume clients.

We have worked and continue to work with a number of large brands who have bespoke ERP systems at the core of their operations. Our teams build direct integrations into these platforms, allowing data to automatically flow between the fulfilmentcrowd platform and their bespoke tech stacks.

No project is too big or complex - we have deployed hundreds of tried and tested solutions since 2001.

Can I ship to my customers outside of the UK?

We offer cross-border shipping from any of our order fulfiment centres, which could prove the best solution for your brand if you are selling relatively low volumes overseas, or have a proposition where a slightly higher delivery cost works within your margins.

We do however, advise that brands who are looking to penetrate new regions or are shipping volumes outside of their home territory, locate part of their inventory within a key region close to their overseas consumer base. This is where we can add significant value - we have 15 locations located across the EU, UK and USA and can support clients in their expansion into new regions, making things happen in just a couple of weeks.

Will I have to have a new account on the platform for each country my stock is located in?

No, you can trade worldwide with one cohesive view. The same software runs throughout our entire network, meaning no matter the location of your stock or channels you are selling on, you will have one cohesive view within the platform.

Our tech pack comes with unlimited users, and the ability to check how little or often you would like to interact with the software. We do the hard work so you don't have to - we'll only alert you when something needs addressing, or we face an issue.
