About us
Supporting worldwide business growth with tech-first fulfilment, backed by 30+ years of industry experience.
Our mission and values
We push boundaries, think differently and embrace change. In a fast-moving industry, we continuously adapt, innovate and refine our approach to deliver smarter, more efficient fulfilment solutions.
We work with passion, determination and a focus on results. Challenges drive us, opportunities excite us and we never settle for 'good enough'. We always strive to deliver the best for our customers.
Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. By working together internally, with customers and with partners, we create smarter to scale. Because we achieve more together than we ever could alone.
1993
As the business evolved, future CTO Lee Gregson joined, bringing his expertise and innovative approach to the team. In 1998, Lee Thompson, now CEO, came on board – a key player in driving the company toward its future as a leader in fulfilment technology.
2000
This move positioned us as industry challengers that aimed to consistently push boundaries. In 2001, we added another first by launching Third Party Fulfilment as a value-added service, expanding our offerings and laying the groundwork for what the business eventually became.
2005
Not stopping there, in 2007, we launched a new ERP platform based on Microsoft technologies, making our solutions even more prepared for the next phase of our journey.
2015
The following year, we acquired a second, 11,000 sqft warehouse at Matrix Park, increasing our capacity and setting the stage for more ambitious goals. Our expansion continued in 2017 when we signed our first network partner and opened the Martland Park centre, further extending our reach.
2019
In 2020, our global expansion began, with new centres launched in France, Germany, the Netherlands and the USA. With BGF investing to accelerate our growth, 2021 marked the arrival of Paul Taylor as COO – now Managing Director – bringing even more industry expertise to drive us forward.
2022
In 2023, we opened our largest centre to date (500,000 sqft) at Magna Park (UK), partnering with Iron Mountain. We continued to innovate in 2024 with the launch of Delivery IQ – addressing consumer parcel anxiety – and the Service App to improve in-centre operations. Later that year, we continued our growth with another centre in Dublin, Ireland.
2025
Early in the year, we put a pin down under by opening a new fulfilment centre in Australia. Located in Kemps Creek, Sydney, the 20,000 sqft site offers brands the opportunity to serve customers in the APAC region. In June, investment from UK-based private equity firm Palatine sparked our next phase of growth, a landmark moment for our future aspirations as a company.
2026
Located in New Jersey, Chicago and Los Angeles, our new US network provided customers with coast-to-coast American fulfilment for the first time. Then, in May, we announced the acquisition of Dutch eCommerce logistics specialists Fulfilment.nl, further accelerating our growth and offering within the EU.
