Known for its bold, sustainable skiwear, OOSC Clothing ships to customers in over 100 countries every year.
This kind of global presence doesn’t happen by accident. It’s a combination of great products, a clear brand and the right operational setup behind-the-scenes.
But the last part hadn’t always been easy.
Before working with fulfilmentcrowd, OOSC had already been through multiple fulfilment providers.
Some lacked flexibility, while others struggled to support their mix of channels without creating more work than they saved.
During a deeper search to find the right fit, OOSC reviewed over 25 different fulfilment providers.
What they were looking for included:
Ticking all these boxes with one provider proved difficult, until they partnered with fulfilmentcrowd in September 2025.
OOSC co-founder Nick Marsden on why the brand chose fulfilmentcrowd
OOSC partnered with us in 2025 with the main ambition of simplifying their operations and building a foundation they could scale from.
From the start, our focus was removing the friction the brand had been accustomed to for too long.
By bringing channels together, automating key processes and giving the OOSC team improved visibility across stock and orders, we were able to provide a setup that made an instant impact on their day-to-day.
One of the biggest shifts for OOSC has been bringing everything into the fulfilmentcrowd platform.
Instead of jumping between multiple systems or experiencing long-winded methods of retrieving important data, OOSC now has one reliable view of its entire operation.
That includes:
After years of workarounds, this kind of centralisation made an instant impact for OOSC’s team.
“Previously, we had to download inventory reports, cut the data to mix it all together, then run a macro to get our stock position at any one time – which was then out of date as soon as someone had bought something. Having the data at the click of our fingers on the fulfilmentcrowd platform is already saving us hours, and I know that my finance, operations and customer service teams are all loving it.”
OOSC isn’t a single-channel brand.
Amazon Vendor, in particular, had been a time-heavy process. Since onboarding, we’ve automated many of OOSC’s Amazon Vendor processes – including document creation – reducing the manual effort needed from the OOSC team.
The brand sells direct to customers, through retail partners and via marketplaces, which all bring different requirements.
We introduced:
So, instead of the business adapting to fulfilment, fulfilment adapts to the business.
Co-founder Nick Marsden on the importance of a fulfilment partnership
Today, OOSC operates across 16 live sales channels, spanning the UK, EU and US – each with its own expectations.
Thanks to our tech-first approach, everything is managed through a single platform, with workflows tailored to each channel’s requirements.
Here’s how OOSC’s channel mix looks in practice:
|
Region |
Channels |
|
UK |
ASOS, Mountain Warehouse, Decathlon, Shopify (UK), Shopify (ROW), Amazon Vendor (B2B) |
|
EU |
ASOS EU, Decathlon (4x regional channels), Amazon Vendor (B2B), Shopify |
|
US |
Macy’s, Nordstrom, Shopify |
This level of complexity is where most fulfilment operations may fall down, but thanks to the fulfilmentcrowd platform’s integration capabilities, OOSC are able to scale across channels and regions as and when they need.
Shipping to over 100 countries requires operational support at a high level.
It’s not just about getting orders out the door quickly. What’s just as important is stock localisation, ensuring orders reach customers efficiently and at the lowest cost.
With fulfilmentcrowd, OOSC now operates across multiple regions, helping reduce delivery times and unnecessary long-distance shipping.
Positioning stock closer to customers doesn’t just have an impact on speed and costs – it also supports a more responsible approach to global distribution, aligning with OOSC’s sustainability focus.
With the nature of OOSC’s products, fulfilment needs to support beyond the order reaching the customer.
Returns are a big part of the process, and they need to be handled just as effectively as the rest of the workflow.
Over the past six months, we’ve introduced:
In the first seven months of our partnership together, we’ve built a fulfilment operation that’s reliable and ready to scale.
But what sits behind these numbers is just as important. Hear from Nick below.
Co-founder Nick Marsden on the importance of real-time visibility
Looking ahead, OOSC’s long-term vision is to continue increasing revenue across existing territories while supporting further global expansion.
With 16 global warehouse locations to choose from, we’re ready to support OOSC with the next stage of its exciting growth journey as a company.
