Jewel and Kong to Hit the UK Market

by Tanya Wasiuta

Back to the latest news

We are delighted to announce our partnership with our latest client Jewel and Kong as we support them with our in-house integrated fulfilment and customer care services.

Combined with our 3EX.NET LITE software centrally managing all back office implementations including stock control, order processing and supply chain management, it provides Jewel and Kong total visibility over all operations.

So who are Jewel and Kong?

If you love coffee then you’ll love the latest brand who are about to hit the UK market with their deluxe 100% Arabica Guatemalan Coffee which grows at elevations between 4,500 ft. and 6,000 ft. above sea level.

How did it all start…?

It all began back in 1985 when The Lobos family, originally from Guatemala, decided to follow a dream into the coffee industry. Erwin Lobos, a Guatemalan entrepreneur, along with his wife of 45 years, having found the perfect place to grow coffee in San Jose Pinula in the Fraijanes Plateau, started their new adventure into the coffee world, and it is there that Jewel and Kong was born.

A new era was established for the Lobos family as their relationship to coffee began, creating a legacy that would last for years to come.

Jewel and Kong aim to show you just how versatile coffee can be via their
Mixology workshops, which is all about taking coffee to that next level, showcasing how you can use it day or night to make coffee based cocktails, from Espresso Martinis to Brandy Alexander’s.

With their J&K Nights the brand has the opportunity to share more with their customers through their love for music, art and fashion. After all Jewel and Kong offers more than just coffee, it’s an experience!

So, with the support from Exact Abacus we can ensure that Jewel and Kong customers are aware of the truly breath-taking journey their coffee takes from the mountains of Guatemala to our shores here in the UK.
