As an order is received by our system, any products considered to be ‘Drop Ship’ are automatically identified. This, in turn, generates a purchase order for our clients’ direct dispatch supplier, sending order details and delivery instructions to them via our Supplier Web Portal. Through our cloud-based platform, our client’s supplement wholesalers and shippers can then confirm dispatch and update purchase orders with expected delivery dates.

Organic health fulfilment

One of the few fulfilment providers with a SOIL-certified warehouse, this accreditation allows us to store, package and deliver organic nutritional supplements and other healthcare products. From ‘Goods In’, our clients organic supplements are quarantined and stored in an isolated area of the warehouse. Our intelligent picking process then ensures that organic supplements are never handled alongside non-organic products.
