Phase 1: Getting started

You’ll meet your dedicated Onboarding Manager and get your account live with us. Then, set user access, configure your billing preferences, and take a quick tour of our award-winning platform’s key tools and features.

Phase 2: Configuration

Next, it’s time to configure your account. We’ll cover everything from product setup and channel connections to inventory transfers and carrier mapping. If you need any bespoke configurations, we’ll implement or schedule those in this phase. As your stock arrives, we’ll confirm, track and receipt every item, making sure it’s all ready for fulfilment.

Phase 3: Testing and go-live

Once you’re all set up, we’ll run thorough system tests to ensure sales order imports and fulfilment processes work exactly as they should. Plus, you’ll get hands-on platform training, teaching you how to make the most of our features and manage your operations with confidence. When you’re happy, we’ll go live, and outbound shipping will get under way.

Phase 4: Tailored support

After launch, we’ll check in weekly to monitor progress and address any concerns you might have. Our team stays on-hand for ongoing support, troubleshooting and optimisation, ensuring your fulfilment operation runs smoothly as you scale.

As we wrap up onboarding, we’ll pass you over to your dedicated Account Manager or our Customer Operations team. Returns are received, checked by our QA teams and placed back in stock at the earliest convenience. There's no waiting for your returns to travel back to their original stock location before they can be re-sold, the intuitive fulfilmentcrowd platform will manage your inventory across multiple locations, shipping from the location of the return when the next order is placed for the returned SKU and if the delivery destination is suited to be serviced from the returns holding location. 

Through our intuitive Returns Management platform, we handle returned products with speed and efficiency, the platform is designed to streamline the entire returns and exchange process, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations.

For added convenience, our Delivery Assured service helps identify and resolve issues before they escalate, offering solutions for late, missing, or damaged deliveries.
